About the Event
The 3-hour Drawing Classes are designed for students who have ideas or images/objects that they would like to draw and would like specialist guidance, and be stepped through the process, to complete it in the class. It is suitable for students in Grades 3 and above (including Adults) who have already completed the Drawing Skills Workshop (or have already learnt the techniques covered in the Workshop).
All tuition, general use of colour pencils, and any additional artist specific papers, markers and other materials required to complete the specific drawing.
What do I need to bring?
The materials that you received from your Drawing Skills Workshop such as your A4 Visual Diary (Sketchbook) to work in, your set of shading pencils that includes various grades, sharpener and eraser, and also your black felt tip pen. You will use these during the class.
Please note if you have not attended the Drawing Skills Workshop you can purchase the above materials for an additional $10.
You may like to bring your own drawing materials such as coloured pencils, markers, erasers etc, although we will provide some for use on the day.
You will also need to bring the specific picture/object that you would like to learn how to draw.
Please also bring along some morning/afternoon tea and a drink. A shared fruit platter will also be provided.
The cost of the session is $60 per child and includes all tuition and any use of materials, other than those required above.
